Twelve years senior corporate. Ex-COO at a Sydney B2B SaaS scale-up, Series A through Series C, ~15 to 180 staff. I scaled an operations function from founder-led chaos to systems-driven calm.

Left in 2023 to coach the operators I once advised. Three years in, 200+ leaders coached, 3,000+ sessions delivered. Eastern Suburbs base. Cross-harbour for clients in Mosman and North Sydney. CBD when the room demands it.

What does an engagement actually cost?
1:1 weekly is $4,500 a quarter (12-week block, 90-min sessions). Monthly intensive is $1,800 a month. Cohort is $9,997 a seat for the 6-month program. 1-day reset is $4,997. Corporate keynote from $7,500. Team coaching is quoted per engagement. Full transparency at the discovery call.
How often do we meet?
For 1:1, weekly. 90 minutes. Same time each week if possible. Skipped weeks are rare and usually rescheduled inside the same fortnight. Monthly intensive is one half-day per month. Cohort meets twice a month for six months. The rhythm is the work.
How do you measure ROI on coaching?
We agree the outcome at the start. Sometimes it's a number (revenue, retention, hire success). Sometimes it's a state (clarity, capacity, sleep). At the quarterly review we compare where you are now to where you were when we started. If the answer isn't yes, we don't continue.
Is anything we discuss confidential?
Everything. I don't reference clients by name without explicit written permission, and I don't share details with sponsoring organisations beyond the agreed scope. The room stays the room. That's non-negotiable.
What makes you different from a business coach or therapist?
I'm not a therapist and I don't do generic business coaching. I'm an executive coach for leaders in transition, with twelve years of senior corporate operating experience behind every question I ask. The work is operational and personal, not one or the other.
How do I know if you're the right coach for me?
